Stuffed Acorn Squash

Acorn Squash |

italian seasoning (opt) |

Onion (cut in small pieces) |
2 stalks |
Celery (cut in small pieces) |

Apple (cut in small pieces) |
1 C |
bread crumbs |
1/2 C |
parmesan cheese |
Preparation
- Preheat Oven to 400 degrees F
- Cut Acorn squash in half and scoop out the seeds
- Drizzle olive oil on the squash cut halfs
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the squash
- Bake for 40 minutes at 400 degrees F
- Drizzle vegtetable oil in frying pan
- Add chopped onion
- Add chopped Celery
- Add salt & pepper and rosemary and garlic
- After onion is translucent then add sausage and fry till done
- Add 1 apple pieces
- Add bread crumbs and cheese
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 400 degrees F
